Please note that our policies change from time to time. Please read this page for our current policy.


Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day. Currently all retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.


Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for Flat Rate/Ground Shipping. During high volume sales please allow 7-10 days for Flat Rate/Ground Shipping.


For shipping outside of the US, please see our international orders policy below.


Expedited Shipping - orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST with paid expedited shipping will ship priority USPS to be delivered within three business days.  You must choose expedited shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order. 


Overnight Shipping - orders place by 11:00 a.m. EST with paid overnight shipping, will ship via FedEx or USPS to arrive the next business day.  You must choose overnight shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order.  Expedited orders may incur an expedited processing fee as well as a higher shipping charge for faster delivery. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to C. Surratt Aprons due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. C. Surratt Aprons is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages - C. Surratt Aprons is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, C. Surratt Aprons will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


International Orders: C. Surratt Aprons ships to select countries. All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges.


Please be aware that C. Surratt Aprons is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.


All international orders are shipped via USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.

International orders require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.


International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.


14 Day Return Policy (Retail Customers ONLY - Wholesale Stores, please contact C. Surratt Aprons) 


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of confirmed delivery in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with tag attached. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt so that we may quickly process your return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days. If you send your package outside of the 14 day window, your return will be rejected and you will be responsible for cost of shipping your item back to you.


When your item(s) are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.


If you received a discount on a product and choose to return the item for exchange or store credit, the discount will not apply to the new purchase. You will be responsible for the price difference.


Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping, however, in the event that you order an item and it comes defective, (i.e. stained, ripped, etc.) you may receive a replacement item or a store credit. No refunds will be given. Proof of damage/defect will be required to process the request.


To make a request for a return, please contact C. Surratt Aprons. Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted and you receive instructions on how to return the item(s). 


Exchange or Store Credit Only

Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
